Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 4 cups beef or vegetable broth
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 package Buttery Salt & Pepper Minute Mashers™
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Add the diced onion, garlic, carrots, and celery to the pot. Sautй for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
