Ingredients
- 4 cups Buttery Roasted Garlic Minute Mashers™
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
- Heat 3 Tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet. Make patties of potato batter and cook patties on both sides until golden brown.
I don’t know how anyone could possibly pick one recipe, just can’t be done. I guess for one recipe I would definitely pick potatoes Elliot. This is one recipe among most of them that I will be making.
