Kim’s Simple Meals – Macaroni Cassarole
Step 1 - Add water & mix • In boiling water, cook macaroni for 10-12 minutes until tender (Do not overcook). Drain. In a blender, place remaining Macaroni Casserole Packet contents with 2 cups water & blend at high speed for 1 minute, until creamy.Step 2 - Bake & enjoy • Oven Baked: Place cooked macaroni in a sprayed 8” x 8” baking dish. Pour blended sauce over macaroni and bake covered at 350F (177C) for 30 minutes, removing cover for the last 5 minutes of baking. • Stovetop method: Pour blended cheese sauce mixture into saucepan and heat over medium/high hear until bubbling and thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir into cooked macaroni and serve.
Step 3 - Get creative • Kim’s Simple Meals are great prepared straight out of the box, but if you are craving something a little extra and want to spice up your meal, after Step 1, add your favorite wholesome ingredients (hint – fresh tomatoes, sauteed onions, green peppers, mushrooms, crumbled “bacon”) to the mix and enjoy something a little more artisanal.
Kim’s Simple Meals – Homestyle Burgers Recipe
Step 1 - Add water & mix • Combine complete contents of Kim’s Simple Meals Homestyle Burger package mix with 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Let mixture sit until firm.Step 2 - Bake & enjoy • Scoop Kim’s Simple Meals Homestyle Burger mix onto a sprayed baking sheet, flatten and shape into burgers and bake in a 350F (177C) oven for 15 minutes, then flip and bake 15 minutes on the other side. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Step 3 - Get creative • Kim’s Simple Meals are great prepared straight out of the box, but if you are craving something a little extra and want to spice up your meal, after Step 1, add your favorite wholesome ingredients (hint – sauteed mushrooms, onions, peppers; toasted walnuts or pecans or add 1-2 tbsp BBQ Sauce for flavored burgers) to the mix and enjoy something a little more artisanal.
