  1. these tasty bites are one of those fun foods that will disappear for a number of reasons. They are as good as they look, a unique shape with the ability to be called ” finger food”, and what a hit with kids. The best thing since french fries.

  2. They are so very, very yummy; but bad to make, because I can’t stop eating them! I know I gain weight every time I do make them, have to double the recipe to make up for what I chomp down on just while waiting on my guests lol

  3. potato puffs are a big hit with the kids so to mix in extra healthy vitamins, which I normally do to a recipe, is advantageous, like spinach. They still eat their potato puffs !!!

  4. How does your family feel about the work you do that are putting people at risk of getting diseases ang have no health coverage?

  5. These little balls look like a fun food fight for kids, but I know they are too delicious to have such fun with. I would be inclined to try them with a dipping cheese or alfredo sauce. I’m always thinking outside the box

  6. these are a nice snack, breakfast side dish, supper side dish, easy to pack, or eat them in the car. How versatile !

  7. These look great, and also a good idea for little “helping” hands to become interested in the process of the meal.

  8. I bet kids would love to dig in and get messy making this snack and have a better time eating WHAT THEY MADE.

  9. These are a hit with the little ones, instead of frozen fries or a full on baked potato, these can be pre prepped in the am to simply pop in the oven or air fryer or toaster oven at dinner and maybe throw some in freezer bags and toss in the freezer in proportions as well to save even more time during time crunches and burn out days. We don’t lean into too much eating out, it’s too expensive and we eat way better foods at home anyway. Maybe you could even fry these and flatten them with the spatula and turn them into a hash brown and serve it with a grits and eggs for fast hot breakfast.

  10. what a cute and fun recipe for all fun and cute occasions, especially with little ones that could get involved making these, or make THEIR OWN,, WHAT FUN
