JUICI™ Apple & Pear Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 JUICI™ Apple
• 1 Bartlett Pear
• Arugula
• Candied Walnuts
• Gorgonzola crumbles
• Dressing Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl combine vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Using a whisk, slowly drizzle the olive oil into the bowl while mixing all ingredients together.
2. Slice JUICI™ Apple and Barlett Pears into cubes.
3. In a large bowl layer:

• Arugula
• Candied Walnuts
• Sliced JUICI™ Apples
• Sliced Barlett Pears
• Gorgonzola Crumbles
