Casabe 305 Bistro its a slow food natural restaurant. I have been a Macrobiotic Chef since 1969 and now my cuisine its a fussion of caribbean, mediterranean with a venezuelan twist. All natural ingredients, local, organic, grass fed, wild caught when posible. No hidden dairy or funny ingredients, lots of veggies, all vegetarian soups... 90% gluten and lactose free. Good homemade happy food in a relaxed atmosphere.
