RFD serves a 100 percent vegan menu comprised of fresh vegetables, whole grains, legumes, beans, nuts, seeds, fruits, natural condiments, sea vegetables, and soy products. No meat, fish, fowl, dairy, eggs, butter, cholesterol, or saturated fats from animals or animal by-products ? just pure, clean food free of refined sugars, artificial sweeteners, white flours and preservatives. Ninety percent of the food served at RFD is grown by local farmers, using certified organic farming methods.
