Chickens are raised on the range in Northern California and the tuna is line-caught from the Pacific. The restaurant's commitment extends beyond the food ? they source from local boutique wineries, microbreweries and organic tea blenders. Wherever feasible, the design of the restaurant incorporates recycled materials and environmentally friendly products. Tender Greens has nine locations around California.
